Return & Refund Policy

At Foot Sensation, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange policies below.

Eligible items  

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Online Orders

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.

In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in our stores, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Store credit will be issued for approved returns. Final sales are not eligible for return. Please consult one of our associates, who will provide you with the necessary information regarding returns and exchanges.

Request a Return  

To request a return for your recent order, kindly note that all return requests must be submitted through your online customer account. If your order is eligible, simply follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your account at footsensation.ca
  • Go to your order history and select the order you'd like to return.
  • Click “Request Return” and select the item(s).
  • Submit your request.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and get back to you with an approval by email shortly.

Return Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.

Steps for Returning an Item

Pack unworn items in the original shipping carton or wrap the shoebox in craft paper to keep it clean and secure.  
Do not alter or tamper with the original
shoebox, as this may affect the return process.
Remove or black out any old shipping labels, including the original barcode.

Include a copy of your original receipt and securely seal the package.       
Attach the return label and drop off the package at any Canada Post location or other carrier.

Final Sale Items and exceptions

All purchases of sale items are considered final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes:

  • Socks and shoe care products, regardless of discount or sale status
  • Items purchased at a discount or marked as on sale

This policy applies to all clearance and sale items both in-store and online.

Flexible Exchange Policy

We offer the flexibility to exchange your purchase:

  • In-store: Exchange for any available item. Price adjustments will be made if there is a difference in cost. Our associates will be happy to provide more details.
  • Online: Please inform our team as outlined in the Return Procedure below and specify the item you'd like to exchange; we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Refund Process

Online orders:

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item for approval.
  • We will confirm the next steps based on whether you requested a refund or exchange, or store credit.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund is issued.

Foot Sensation reserves the right to limit or refuse returns and exchanges at its discretion, including in cases of repeated requests on the same order. After a reasonable number of exchanges, an item may be considered
final sale.
