Supination

SUPINATION

Also known as High Arch or a Cavus foot, Supination is a severe “raised arch” of the foot. This type of foot disorder does not allow the foot to naturally absorb shock during normal activity because the arch is too rigid and the joints are deformed. Extreme pain and discomfort in the ankles, knees, hips and back are the result.
